Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@adeotiwears.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

  3. Address the package to:

  4. Ship the package using a trackable method and retain proof of postage.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email of your refund. We will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, please notify us at support@adeotiwears.com  within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing essential components are not eligible for return.

  • Items that are hazardous, perishable, or cannot be returned due to health or safety reasons are not eligible for return.
