Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team at support@adeotiwears.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Address the package to:

Ship the package using a trackable method and retain proof of postage.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you via email of your refund. We will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange, please notify us at support@adeotiwears.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement item once we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions:
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing essential components are not eligible for return.
Items that are hazardous, perishable, or cannot be returned due to health or safety reasons are not eligible for return.
